How much do you identify with your work & how motivated are you?


Symptoms of high identification - You introduce yourself with your job title, "I am the VP of xx" rather than "I work as ..". You feel worthless if you risk losing your job.

Motivation - How do you feel on Sunday nights when you think about going back to work on Monday?

Take a minute or two to reflect because your answers matter to your mental health and well-being, and that of your family and team!
